Refund Policy

Refunds in the form of original payment will be granted for the following reasons:

• • • Withdrawal from session class prior to start of session
    • Withdrawal from session/class at any point due to injury, medical necessity
    • In this instance, refunds will only be granted for classes not attended
    • Item purchased in error/duplicate/can not be used by client
    • For class cancellations initiated by Kansas City Aerial Arts
    • Consideration will be given for extenuating circumstances not mentioned above

Studio credit will be granted for all other requests of refund, including the following:

• • • Clients have the option to choose studio credit instead of refund at any time.
    • In the instance of a class cancellation staff will attempt to offer studio credit/make up classes before refunds.
