Prerequistes: Hollow body hold for 30 seconds, ability to invert multiple times in the air ( not consecutively)
Windmills, wheel downs, roll down, helicopters, pinwheels, gut crushers… dozens of names for the same thing. In this workshop we’ll work on cleaning up this technical move that sometimes seems near impossible to perfect. In addition to body positioning, different methods of using the hands to control the descent, floor drills, differences between closed wrap set-up vs. an s-lock and possible add-ons/transitions to the encourage you to practice this move. Highly recommended to bring a recording device.
