Movement Intensive with Geoffrey Alexander

This contemporary/modern floor work class is designed to help movers transition smoothly into and out of the ground using techniques that focus on connectivity between the head, spine, and body weight. In this class we will also work on ways to create movement patterns and phrases that can be used to enhance choreography.

$45.00 per person
Participants in the class should wear form fitting clothing. No shoes. If needed, knee pads are welcomed. If there are any minor injuries anyone has to tend to, please inform the instructor prior to the start of class so he can help with modifications of the movement.
