Get Circus Strong: Spring Session 2 4:30p-5p

In this strength training class (add-on or drop-in), you will be moving your body, in ways that create resistance to increase muscle tone, explosive movement, and elevated power. A mixture of ground-based and aerial exercises packed into one workout. 


Pricing: $74 for 5 week session, $19 for Drop-In
