Aerial Conditioning: Spring Session 2 Saturday 11:15-12:15 March 18th

Run similarly to a circuit training class, aerial conditioning will push your cardio and strength to their fullest capacity. Students will alternate between an aerial apparatus and floor work doing exercises targeted at the specific muscle groups that will help you move in the air with ease. From beginners to advanced aerialists, this class is open to anyone looking to build muscle, endurance, and even flexibility.
 
Athletic form fitting attire and no jewelry.
