Flying Pole, also called aerial pole, is suspended from the ceiling and does not touch the floor. Unlike traditional or static pole dancing, which is grounded, Flying Pole moves freely in space. This creates a dynamic, acrobatic experience that challenges your strength, coordination, and body control in entirely new ways.

  • You’ll climb, invert, and move through sequences while the pole swings and spins
  • It builds aerial-specific endurance and momentum-based transitions
  • It’s ideal for pole dancers looking to expand into aerial or aerialists looking to try a vertical apparatus

This is not a beginner class, but if you already have experience in pole or aerial, Flying Pole opens up a whole new dimension of training.
