Sonja Schulz
Coach
Sonja Schulz is a dancer, aerialist, instructor, and trainer. She is originally from Elk Grove Village, IL and has her BFA in Dance from the University of Iowa, 200-Hr Yoga Teaching Certification, Barre Certification, and NASM Personal Training Certification. She currently performs professionally with KC Contemporary Dance, Quixotic, and has been part of project-based works with Suzanne Ryan Strati.
Sonja is so excited to be joining the KCAA team and looks forward to expanding her career in aerial! She currently teaches dance and yoga at a variety of studios in the KC area.
