Customer Service Representative
Compensation: $20 / hour
Schedule:
- Part Time
- Minimum 2 hour shifts at our front desk, with a minimum of 2 days per week
- maximum of 5 days per week

Kansas City Aerial Arts has been teaching aerial and fitness classes since 2013, located in Town Center Plaza, of Leawood, KS. We offer a unique and fun experience in a circus-like atmosphere.Â
We are looking for a part time customer service representative to assist clients with selecting services , scheduling, payment processing and billing.Â
You will be responsible for effectively communicating with clients via email, phone and in person. This includes processing in person orders at the front desk and online orders via phone and email.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working with technology and learning new software
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Aerial or fitness experience is a plus, but not required

Assistant Instructor
for Outreach Programming
Compensation: Minimum $20 / hour (based on previous education experience)
Schedule:
- Part Time
- Camp programs: 3 hours per day for one week, every other month.
- Weekly programs: 9:30a-Noon on Fridays for 7 weeks.
- Minimum of one program per every other month.Â
Start Date: June 8th
KC Aerial Arts has been teaching aerial circus skills classes since 2013, located in Town Center Plaza, of Leawood, KS. This year we will begin teaching ground circus skills to youth in underserved communities. The program will focus on teaching emotional regulation and goal setting skills.
We are looking for assistant instructors to assist lead instructors with delivering curriculum and classroom management.
You will be responsible for helping to create a fun and safe learning environment where students will learn early/first lesson ground circus skills.
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience teaching/coaching skills to participants/students in an education, arts or organized sports environment
- Experience in a movement based activity in a classroom setting (ex: dance, gymnastics, juggling, circus, yoga, etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with students and team members
- Education Instruction or childcare experience is a plus, but not required
